Our room was freezing with no heater available, the shower had no hot water, and the room was noisy due to street noise. We also had trouble with the WiFi, as it kept disconnecting.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city center. There were also two interesting activities offered for New Year's Eve, such as a live music concert and a traditional dance performance. We had a lot of fun during the night and the staff was really friendly.

Our room was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower and the heating system was not working properly, so it was very cold.
